At La Cayolle, as soon as the sun comes up, the gorgeous scents that pervade the air delightfully tickle your nose and you are sure that there is always something on our menu to tickle your taste buds.

In the small town of Barcelonnette, the marketplace is a real Ali Baba’s cave where Manu stocks up on fresh local and seasonal produce: goat cheese, sheep cheese, seasonal fruits, honey and meat from the Ubaye valley.

Not forgetting "the Soccayolle" and the "Cocayolla", two of the refuge's specialties that are highly praised by our visitors.
